Similar to Christopher's suggestion

Create a shared address book on the server, replicate it down to each user's machine - use a name other than names.nsf.

Then add the name of the address book to the users settings as an additional address book - either thru the Preferences dialog (File -> Preferences -> Mail -> Sending and Receiving -> Local Address Book) - add the name of this new address book after the default names.nsf similar to:

'names.nsf,newbook.nsf'

Or - you can add directly to the user's Notes.ini - Look for the line 'NAMES=names.nsf', and add it there.

'NAMES=names.nsf,newbook.nsf'
